How was your 2024? I speak to a lot of CEOs. CEOs with revenue ranging from about $5 million up to a $100, $200 million and the sentiment I hear from those CEOs overall is that 2024 was a bit, a bit "Meh!", "Not Great, Not awful", Um, "Stayed flat, really" which is really interesting, because out of all of the CEOs and companies that I've coached over 2024, all, but one of them have grown by 20% or more over the year, some at more than 30, and half at more than 50% revenue. And I also mean sustainably, their profit is keeping track with their revenue growth. Now, these companies are clearly doing something right. Now, maybe my coaching has a part to play in that.
